YOUTH YOGA PROGRAMME (AGES 10-15)

The vision, idea and goal of this programme is to include young people into the system of yoga practices to learn spending a certain amount of time in solitude every day, to feel satisfaction in these moments, to be self-sufficient and independent and to develop positive human qualities at an early age and in the period when they are not yet fully formed and entirely conditioned by society. The physical aspect of yoga i.e. physical exercises allow a young person to get to know and become aware of his/her body, take care of it and rationally spend his/her energy as well as learn how to charge the body with energy. We wish to all parents that their children grow into healthy personalities being happy with who they really are. This can be achieved exclusively through correct knowledge and practice.
